The Gabb For Good community is committed to supporting families who face challenges like housing insecurity, health issues, and/or who are experiencing job loss or meet poverty guidelines. You may be eligible for a free safephone or safewatch designed for child or children (5-18) and 12 months of service. Please review the criteria below to determine if your situation qualifies. Applying is not a guarantee of free service. At this time, we have paused applications for a free year of safe tech. Thank you for your patience.

Any one of the following criteria qualifies you to apply*

1. Meet poverty guidelines published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Federal Home Income Eligibility Guidelines
2. Individuals or families experiencing insecure or temporary housing due to circumstances such as natural disasters, job loss, domestic abuse, or other significant life challenges.
3. Children (5-18) who face current, intermittent, recurring, or prolonged hospitalization for health challenges, or receive skilled nursing care at home
